Cross-dressing is not about explicit content. It's a deep change of life, so deep that no science that I am aware of can provide an objective explanation to what causes it.

Cross-dressing is permanent. Once established there's no way out. It can be suppressed or adopt a "stealth state" for very long periods and surface when favorable conditions are met.

Transvestic disorder is not a thing. It's all about being chosen by Fairies. That's why science stutters and hides behind unsubstantiated hypothesis.
