Layering works the best. Control panties, 40 Den lycra pantyhose, an ELila 8205 then to keep it all, an extra-firm Rago long leg body-briefer.
A Clara 4265 heavy body briefer (with sewn crotch opening) will impose a maximum confining, breasts inclusive. Stimulation is very difficult in one of those, their back is very rigid and also prevents somehow swaying in bed.
Lighter ones such as Rago lacette have sheer cups. Which is welcome for breast stimulation.
Common heavy long-leg "Fajas" (with sewn crotches) are a fabulous way to develop breast pleasure circuits.
They have heavy straps to keep them in place but no bra section leaving breasts free for stimulation.
The Kudreshov 3213 long legged girdle is a nice daily option able to impose a significant crotch pressure.
Sizing ? Choose firm items. Undersize slightly, no more than 2 sizes or you might have rolling of hems and waistbands.
A badly undersized item will feel very constraining at first and then turn impractical as it rolls/bulges.
Vintage items might look tough and very isolating. However the ageing elastics are delicate and hard to preserve for daily use.
Good deals on well stocked and therefore preserved items from Naturana and Triumph or Miss Mary Of Sweden pop on ebay every now and then. That's how I source mine.
And finally, about any superstore lingerie section has control panties in more or less heavier gauges. Check around there. I regularly have nice surprises. Including what I sleep in, no-name lycra-ish full long leg briefs. Great compression and dirt cheap.

Could you possibly slide out of it without unlocking? And,yes, sugar, don't forget to oil the lock or it might seize under corrosion. Sewing machine oil or Teflon oil.
