Why ? They were in that cheap sale 1/4 price gondola of our local supermarket. And I was curious.
Weather was cold so I had to hand-warm the container before use. Heat makes them more flexible.
What you get is two diaphragm like silicone jelly creatures tightly packed under plastic film.
Kind the same jelly used in industry to seal delicate electronics from external fluids or sea water.
Think, miniature jelly-fishes less the tentacles. Not really that appetizing.
They will stick to skin in the total and absolute absence of body oils or any oily compound. Oils are quite a poison to silicone gel a they crack it's structure.
Once warm and applied to clean skin they hold surprisingly well. Until rubbing of clothes, in this case a soft nylon chemise with lacy inserts at bust-level, start to roll the thin silicone edges out of the skin.
Catastrophic failure, falling pasty, follows in about 20 or so minutes.
Subsequent applications resulted in even less hold time, pasties would not stay longer than 15 to 30 minutes. No matter how well applied, cleaned with distilled water, then reapplied to degreased skin.
Only solution, hold them in place with bra. Ok. Pasties for essentially braless situations worn under a bra.
So let it be a sheer cup bra where expressive nipples could cause embarrassment.
Surprise, pasties hold rather well and won't move.
A mixed signals situation. Sheer cups do not obfuscate breast sensitivity while the pasties completely isolate nipples from about any external influence, pretty much as any solid padded hard shell press molded TShirt bra would.
Which in my case resulted to a very unusual situation where, while isolated by the pasties, my nipples did their best to remain hard and erect.
For no avail since the silicone jelly takes away all their sensibility.
Switched to a hard shell padded cup bra and the effect disappeared. Boobs stay calm and quiet in their hard cocoons. Nothing special, can't even tell I have pasties on.
Back in the sheer cups, my bobs instantly woke up to the new game.
Feeling alive and aware of all external factors except for the deprived nipples.
Eerie. A powerful situation builds minute after minute. My nipples struggle to get attention for no avail.
