Such buckles allow very easy precise adjustment and release without chipping nails in the process. They can take considerable loads with little effort. Yes, there are also shoulder pads, more on this later.
Cups are equally impressive. Lots of sheer awesomely solid microfiber top quality fabric. Plentiful indeed.

Cups are precision sewn 3 panel non-wired type with great attention down to the detail. My guess is that they would be of the yummy rather pointy style torpedo style.

The Elila sling that I first experienced with the ultra feminine classic Elila 1303 bra.
It helps the band to positively anchor at the IMF (Infra Mammary Fold) and generates a very comfortable and reassuring upwards pull and projection in the cups.
Stated differently, it acts like a bra-in-a-bra in charge of gravity cancellation. Ever worn a well fitted 1/4 cups also referred as shelf bra? The first contact sets the pace. This is no ordinary bra.
My boobs instinctively seek the cups even while the band is still unhooked as the shoulder straps discretely assume a very natural position. Wow!
A few minutes later the bra feels all over softer, lively and ready for the big moment.
Easy small movements do wonders while fighting the bra can lead to catastrophic failure. Not an option.
Helping hands are obviously the best case situation. However hooking at the front then gently, slowly, rotating it around with small push with one hand and pull with the other steps does the job rather fine.
All set, ready to slide my arms in the straps. Same trick here, small easy movements. Gentle pulls here and there, straight level back, no torsions, no distorsions.
Then....
Time to bend over and scoop & swoop a gogo. Then progressively tighten the straps, adjust the shoulder pads and slide the excess ribbon back in the pads.
Bend again, scoop & swoop even more.
First glance at the mirror. Have I been far too optimistic with an F cup?
Relax. Corsetry items and bras need quite some time to run-in. Find a mutual agreement with the body on how to perform at best.
And obviously, allow the body to adapt to the terms of the firm support shaping contract.
